  • The agency will continue ongoing research each month to maintain the validity of the database and replenish contacts to stay close to the starting amount.

  • Continuous research and personalized crafting of engaging email copywriting that speaks directly to your audience.

  • Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of your contact list.

Your role is pivotal in nurturing these new connections to foster lasting relationships.

2. Database Management and Exclusivity

  • The database and referral sources we generate will be securely stored within our proprietary B2B agency connector/CRM system.

  • Any requests for direct transfer of this database to clients will not be honoured by the agency to maintain data confidentiality.

  • In the event of service cancellation, rest assured that your database will be treated with confidentiality.

  • Upon cancellation, your database will be deleted from our system to ensure data privacy and security.

3. Payment and Installation

  • An initial non-refundable installation/activation fee is required to start using our services.

  • All payments, including the initial fee and subsequent monthly charges, are non-refundable.

  • Payments for our services are processed through Stripe subscriptions and billed on a monthly basis.

  • Late payments may result in a loss of services, underscoring the importance of timely payments to maintain uninterrupted access.

  • Following the initial payment, clients will be invoiced a monthly fee based on their selected plan.

  • It is crucial to make payments on time to avoid any interruptions in service.

  • Please be aware that this service operates on a month-to-month basis and does not require a long-term contract.

4- Additional Fees

Your referral engine is being powered by third-party telecommunication companies that charge for usage to enable email and text messaging features. The client agrees that they will be responsible for the cost of usage for Twilio, the independent system that handles text messages and telecommunications, and Mailgun fees. These usage fees are billed based on the consumption of the client account and are not included in the client's monthly subscription fees.
